Kolby and Emily Kerr went to Ghana, Africa for a three-week volunteer placement at Village Exchange Ghana. They worked primarily with their micro-credit program and
Kolby spent some time teaching English to local youth. The micro-credit work involved assessing and selecting loan candidates, organizing workshops, reviewing business plans, and setting up new loan groups. Offering these small loans to the disadvantaged women of Ghana is
